This Privacy Policy describes how Usable (“we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the Faroe Islands, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Luttaka event and event management platform (“Service”).
By using Luttaka, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication identifiers. Authentication is handled through Keycloak, an identity management service. If you sign in through a third-party identity provider, including Facebook or other Meta services when offered through Keycloak, we receive only the account information needed to create and protect your Luttaka account, such as your provider identifier, name, and email address.
Payment Information
When you purchase tickets, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe may collect billing information as described in their privacy policy.
Event & Event Data
We collect information related to your event participation, including ticket purchases, event attendance, check-in records, schedule preferences, and meeting requests.
Device Information
If you use our mobile applications, we may collect device identifiers for push notification delivery via Apple Push Notification Service (APNs).
Usage Data
We collect anonymous usage data to improve the Service, including pages visited, features used, and error reports. Web analytics are collected without tracking cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information

We do not use Facebook, Meta, or other social sign-in data for advertising, profiling, or resale.

We share your data only with the following third-party services necessary to operate the platform:
- Stripe — payment processing for ticket purchases
- Keycloak — identity management and authentication
- SendGrid — transactional email delivery
- Flowcore — event-sourced data processing infrastructure
- Usable Web Analytics — privacy-first, cookie-free web analytics
- Facebook and other Meta services — optional account sign-in when enabled through our identity provider
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Event organizers who manage events on the platform may access attendee information for their events.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Event-related data may be retained for historical and reporting purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

The Faroe Islands follows Danish and EU data protection regulations. You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect), and access controls.
