How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your Luttaka account directly in the iPhone or Android app. Open Luttaka, sign in, then go to Profile → Delete Account and confirm the deletion.

The in-app flow completes account deletion immediately after confirmation and signs you out when it finishes.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Account information — your Luttaka login identity and local account record
• Profile data — any profile information you have provided
• Personal app data — favorites, personal schedule entries, and active-event preferences
• Notification data — device tokens, notification preferences, and notification recipients

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained for legal, financial, or operational reasons:

• Transaction records — ticket orders, ticket history, and payment records needed for event operations, accounting, or compliance
• Anonymized ticket holder records — ticket-linked participant records may be retained without exposing your account profile data
• Anonymized event data — aggregated, non-identifiable attendance statistics

If You Cannot Access the App

If you cannot sign in or need help with account deletion, contact privacy@usable.dev for support. Email support is a fallback for access issues and is not required for normal in-app account deletion.
